The Mixing Department is the first checkpoint of quality control. All silicone raw material formulation, compounding, and mixing processes are completed here. The department is equipped with professional internal mixers, and the working area strictly follows dust-free standards. Most team members are experienced technicians with many years of rubber compounding expertise.
Based on different product performance requirements, the team precisely adjusts hardness, temperature resistance, and tensile strength of the silicone material. Each batch of compound follows a standardized process of thorough mixing, effectively eliminating common issues such as impurities and color variation at the source, ensuring stable and reliable material quality for subsequent processes.
The Liquid Silicone Molding Department is the core production unit for high-precision manufacturing in the factory. The workshop is equipped with multiple fully automatic liquid silicone injection molding machines and operates under a high-cleanliness production environment.
This department focuses on high-precision liquid silicone molding technology and is capable of stable mass production for products with high requirements such as maternal & infant products, medical components, and new energy sealing parts. By precisely controlling temperature and pressure, even products with complex structures can be molded in one step. The finished products feature high dimensional accuracy and efficient production output, supporting both small and large batch orders with flexibility.
The Trimming Department is responsible for the final quality checkpoint of product appearance. It handles deburring, edge trimming, and initial visual inspection of finished products.
This department adopts a combination of specialized equipment and manual precision trimming. Instead of using a one-size-fits-all approach, tailored processing solutions are developed according to different product structures, ensuring smooth edges without burrs and flawless surfaces. Each batch of finished products undergoes multiple rounds of appearance sampling inspections to strictly control product quality before shipment, ensuring both performance and visual quality meet high standards.
